Recognize text in images and PDFs (OCR) for law firms

When you receive documents as images from clients or customers, they contain no selectable or copyable text. As a human, you can read the text - a computer, however, only "sees" an image.

With MaraDocs, all processed images and PDFs are automatically analyzed by an advanced OCR process that works with state-of-the-art machine learning and AI technologies. Afterwards, you can select and copy parts of the text or the entire text as usual.

Upload and analyze

Upload images or PDFs. Depending on the input format, the text is recognized automatically, or you manually select Text Recognition and click Optimize.

Manual selection

If you click on either the uploaded image or the scissors icon to the left of the image, you can manually adjust the automatically detected areas.

To do this, drag the desired areas to the desired position with your mouse (click, hold, and drag).
